Business has occupied this facility <br /> since September 5, 2019. <br /> 140 pounds of carbon dioxide gas observed at the time of inspection. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan is due no later than October 5, 2019. <br /> Assistance with CERS account setup and access provided at the time of inspection. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
