Immediately <br /> log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25507 Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented.
