Fouling factors will be specified in accordance with <br /> TEMA. Cooling duty and fluid characteristics will be considered in determining <br /> fabrication materials, wall thickness, etc. <br /> 3.16 Piping and Piping Supports <br /> Piping will be designed, selected, and fabricated in accordance with the following <br /> criteria: <br /> Lodi Energy Center 3.3 - 18 LEC AFC <br /> 071508 Rev.A <br />
