In addition, the CTG will also be complete with vendor supplied <br /> controls to allow the CTG to be synchronized from the local CTG control room. The <br /> synchronizing system will control turbine speed/generator frequency, generator voltage, <br /> and breaker closure (factoring in breaker historical closure time).
