Study Assumptions <br /> Under the direction from the CAISO, PG&E will conduct the IFAS using <br /> the following assumptions: <br /> 1) The Projects maximum rated output is 286 MW. With 6 MW of auxiliary load, <br /> the net output to the CAISO Controlled Grid is 280 MW. <br /> 2) The expected Commercial Operation Date is April 2012. <br /> 3) The Project has one three phase 230/18 kV rated 172 MVA Transformer with <br /> 8.67% impedance at 129 MVA Base and one three phase 230/13.8 kV rated <br /> 120 MVA Transformer with 12% impedance at 120 MVA Base <br /> 4) The IC will engineer, procure, construct, own, and maintain its project facility. <br /> 5) The IC will engineer, procure, construct, own, and maintain the generator tie <br /> line. <br /> 6) This study will evaluate year 2012 system conditions which will take <br /> into account the planned generating facilities with higher position in <br /> 5 <br />
