INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES STUDY AGREEMENT,ATTACHMENT C <br /> LODI ENERGY CENTER <br /> 9.3 Land Evaluation <br /> 9.3.1 Interconnection Facilities <br /> PG&E's Corporate Real Estate Department will assist the IC to <br /> determine if any new land rights and/or easements are required for the <br /> interconnection of the Project. <br /> 9.3.2 Network Upgrades <br /> PG&E's Corporate Real Estate Department will determine if any new <br /> land rights and/or easements are required for the Network Upgrades <br /> necessitated by the Project. This includes but is not limited to all <br /> transmission and substation Network Upgrades as determined by the <br /> ISIS. <br /> i Costs and Construction Schedule Estimates <br /> All costs provided will be estimates only. Charges for implementing the <br /> interconnection of the Project will be made based upon the actual costs <br /> incurred. <br /> 10.1 Interconnection Facilities Cost <br /> A cost estimate (+/-20%)will be provided based upon a <br /> commercial operation date of April 2012. This cost estimate will <br /> include any substation and transmission line facilities required to <br /> interconnect the Project. The estimate will not include any facilities <br /> constructed, owned, and operated by NCPA. <br /> 10.2 Network Upgrade Cost <br /> A cost estimate (+/-20%)will be provided for any transmission <br /> facility additions or upgrades for mitigating any adverse impacts on <br /> the CAISO Controlled Grid beyond the Point of Interconnection. <br /> 11. Environmental Evaluation/Permitting <br /> 11.1 CPUC General Order 131-D <br /> Pacific Gas and Electric Company(PG&E) is subject to the jurisdiction of <br /> the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and must comply with <br /> CPUC General Order 131-D (Order) on the construction, modification, <br /> alteration, or addition of all electric transmission facilities (i.e., lines, <br /> substations, etc.). This includes facilities to be constructed by others and <br /> deeded to PG&E. The Order exempts PG&E from obtaining a formal <br /> 11 <br />
