5.1 AIR QUALITY <br /> 6,797 Btu/kWh (HHV). The facility will have an incremental heat rate with duct firing of <br /> approximately 8,773 Btu/kWh (HHV). <br /> Post-combustion air pollution controls for the gas turbine/HRSG will include SCR for NOx <br /> control and an oxidation catalyst for CO control. The turbine and HRSG may be operated up <br /> to 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. LEC will be frequently dispatched and will operate on <br /> the order of approximately a 76 to 82 percent annual capacity factor. <br /> The auxiliary boiler is expected to operate only during turbine startups. Specifications for the <br /> new combustion turbine and HRSG are summarized in Table 5.1-11; auxiliary boiler <br /> specifications are provided in Table 5.1-12.
