CH2M HILL
3 Hutton Centre Drive
Suite 200
Santa Ana,CA 92707
C H 2 M H I LL Tel 714.429.2000
Fax 714.429.2050
June 30, 2008
San Joaquin County Historical Society and Museum
11793 N. Micke Grove Road
Lodi, CA 95240
Subject: Lodi Energy Center Project
To Whom it May Concern,
CH2M HILL is assisting Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) with the preparation of
an Application for Certification (AFC) before the California Energy Commission (CEC) for a
new power plant to be located in San Joaquin County, near the City of Lodi. The project will
be located adjacent to the City of Lodi's (City's) White Slough Water Pollution Control
Facility (WPCF), on land that is owned by the City and lies within Lodi city limits.
I am interested in any information regarding historic structures near our project area as well
as any questions or concerns the Lodi Historical Society, Inc. might have about the project.
Aerials and USGS topographic maps show only the Lodi Energy Center buildings and the
White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility buildings near the project area, and I have
attached a map showing the area where the proposed plant would be constructed.
Thank you very much for your time. If you have any questions, please call me at 714-435-
6179.
Sincerely,
CH2M HILL
Natalie J.
