Drilling has been <br /> somewhat deiayed due to poor field conditions caused by weather and also due to the time it <br /> has taken to secure permits and access agreements. <br /> The attached Figure 23 (revised) shows the final locations for Wells P1, P2, P3, P4, P6, P7, and <br /> P8. An Encroachment Permit has been obtained from the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works for P6 and P7, which are located in County right-of-way. A Temporary Permit For <br /> Entry Onto State Owned Land (five-year term) has been obtained from the Department of Water <br /> Resources for Well P4. An access agreement has been obtained from the property owner, <br /> Raymond H. Coldani, for Well P1. The other new yells will be installed on City property. <br /> The drilling for the wells is scheduled to start on April 24, 2001. It is anticipated that the wells <br /> will be installed by "the end of April 2001" as requested in your November 21, 2000 letter. <br /> However, weather or other unforeseen events may delay the work a few days.
