ROBERT N. KULL, P.E. <br /> Environmental Department Manager <br /> Mr. Kull has 15 years of environmental engineering experience, primarily <br /> in hazardous waste remediation. His experience encompasses a broad <br /> range of projects for public, private, industrial and government clients, <br /> including field investigations, feasibility studies, remedial design and <br /> construction, and operation and maintenance activities For soil and <br /> groundwater remediation systems. Mr. Kull has managed a groundwater- <br /> monitoring program for an Army installation in Arizona. He was the <br /> Technical Lead for the design and construction of two large soil <br /> remediation systems and the Technical Lead for the design and <br /> construction of three engineered landfill caps at a former Air Force base in <br /> California. In addition, Mr. Kull served as the Project Manager for the <br /> design and construction of a passive landfill gas migration control system <br /> and the Project Manager of several CERCIA and non-CERCLA remedial <br /> sites. Mr. Kull completed a Master Plan evaluation/revision for a <br /> wastewater treatment plant and associated facilities at a resort in Napa <br /> Valley, California. Mr. Kull was the Technical Lead for modifications to <br /> several existing groundwater remediation systems. In addition, he <br /> managed a Superfund contract with the U.S.Army Corp of Engineers and <br /> a county project,both which involved optimization,design and operation <br /> and maintenance of a soil vapor extraction system and a groundwater <br /> pump and treat system. <br /> Mr. Kull is currently the Project Manager for several El Dorado Irrigation <br /> District water conveyance projects located throughout the foothills of the <br /> Sierra Nevada.
