You are correct City of Lodi is the owner and attached is where the project site is. I received your message regarding what you will need from us and I wanted to confirm that. ? MFR with City of Lodi as the owner and a check for$294 made out to SJCEHD. ? Well Permit Application with Gregg Drilling as the Licensed Contract and a check for $89 made out to SJCEHD. ? Work Plan, stating the project and what we plan to do. ? A letter from the City of Lodi authorizing us to do the work. Our client is the Northern California Power Agency, can we get authorization from them if they have authorization from the city or should we just go directly to the City of Lodi? I had a few questions: I. How should the CPT holes be grouted? Does the county have specifications on that? 2. If we are doing angered holes with Gregg Drilling in the future, do we need to apply for a new well permit? We don't have the specifics on that work yet so we are unable to include it in this application, however the holes will be in the same area. 3.
