5.13 VISUAL RESOURCES <br /> 5.13.5.2 City of Lodi Development Code—Municipal Code Title 17 <br /> The City of Lodi Development Code—Municipal Code Title 17 ("Municipal Code") <br /> implements the policies of the General Plan by classifying and regulating the uses of land <br /> and structures within the City of Lodi in a manner consistent with the General Plan. The <br /> Public and Community Facilities (PF) Zoning District is consistent with the Public/Quasi <br /> Public and the Detention Basins and Parks land use designations of the General Plan.
