Hazardous waste will be 5.14.4.1.2, <br /> handled by contractors in conformance with 5.14.4.2.2, <br /> the HWCL. 5.14.1.2.2 <br /> Porter-Cologne Water Controls discharge of wastewater to surface RWQCB Sections 5.14.5.2, <br /> Quality Control Act waters and groundwaters of California. 5.14.4.1.1, <br /> Sanitary wastewater will be discharged to 5.14.4.2.1 <br /> the WPCF.
