Co-Managed Salt Lake City office, including all day-to-day activities of 35-person <br /> cultural resources division. Duties included project management, staff work load leveling, <br /> performing QA/QC review, hiring/mentoring staff, and business development. Managed all <br /> aspects of cultural resource management activities throughout Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and <br /> western Colorado, including marketing, proposal preparation, agency liaison, project <br /> management, oversight of personnel and physical resources, local and federal permits, as <br /> well as NHPA and NEPA document preparation. Reported to Regional Vice President. <br /> Project Manager—SWCA Environmental Consultants; Salt Lake City, Utah (1998-2000) <br /> Worked as project manager and analyst in the Salt Lake City office, responsible for <br /> preparation of environmental documents complying with NEPA and NHPA (Section 106) <br /> requirements. Prepared technical and cost proposals and research designs; conducted <br /> various aspects of surveys, testing projects, and excavation projects; and prepared reports <br /> involving historic and prehistoric resources in Utah and Nevada.
