INGREDIENTS CONTAINED TURKEY,WHITE RICE, CARROTS, SAUCE AND CILANTRO. <br /> FOUND BLACK BUG IN THE LETTUCE WRAP (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS)." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Food Production Manager <br /> stated that the facility utilizes"Voice of the Consumer"which is a program used for customer feedback. <br /> Per Management,the product in question is made and assembled on site at the Exhibition Station.The Exhibition Station is <br /> operated Mon-Fri with a different featured item daily(three week cycle/rotation).
