Operator is aware of complaint. <br /> 2. There have been no reported illnesses by employees or family members. <br /> 3. Record/log is kept for ill employees. <br /> 4. No employees work at other food facilities, daycares, or health care facilities. <br /> 5. Staff receives food safety training (FHC and FSC). <br /> 6. Staff consumes the food prepared in the facility. <br /> 7. There has been no out of country travel by employees. <br /> Observed the preparation of taco.The tacos come to the facility frozen and prepped (meat in the shell only).The defrosted <br /> taco from the McCall fridge is put into the deep fryer and cooked.The temperature of the taco out of the fryer was 177F.The <br /> taco is prepped with cheese, lettuce, and sauce. The cheese is temperature time controlled (4 hrs). <br /> Observed prep of chicken sandwich. Chicken patties come to facility frozen.A patty from the prep freezer is placed into the <br /> fryer.
