Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> The Hazardous Materials Inventory did not include the following observed materials: one 55 gallon drum of used oil <br /> in the storage area, 600 pounds of Triple 15 fertilizer, 1000 pounds of Sulfate Pot ash in the shop, 55 gallons of <br /> motor oil in the shop and 65 gallons of hydraulic oil in the shop and 10 pounds of paraquat in the pesticide storage <br /> room.The quantity of diesel observed was 800 gallons between the two portable diesel tanks, one 500 gallon, and <br /> one 300 gallon. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site map on CERS was lacking the following elements: loading areas, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shut-offs, evacuation staging areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, <br /> access and exit points, emergency shut-offs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage <br /> areas, and emergency response equipment.
