Facility/Permit Number: <br /> WASTE TIRE FACILITY PERMIT TPID #1707268 <br /> 12. Legal Description of Facility: <br /> Assessor's Parcel Number(APN): 147-140-36 <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery <br /> (CalRecycle)as required by Title 14, California Code of Regulations(CCR), Division 7, Chapter 6. <br /> b. The design and operation of the facility is consistent with the Waste Tire Storage and Disposal Standards applicable to a minor <br /> waste tire facility, pursuant to Public Resources Code(PRC),Section 42830 et seq.and implementing regulations found in 14 <br /> CCR, Division 7,Chapter 3. <br /> c. The facility is located within an Industrial General zone, and is consistent with the City of Stockton's zoning designation, <br /> General Plan 2035 and Final Environmental Impact Report(SCH No.2004082066). It is determined that the project is <br /> statutorily exempt by General Rule— 14 CCR, Section 15061(b)(3). <br /> d. This permit does not release the permittee from their responsibility under any other existing laws,ordinances,regulations,or <br /> statutes of other government agencies. <br /> 14. A waste tire includes a repairable tire, scrap <br /> tires,baled tires, and altered tires, but does not include crumb rubber(less than or equal to 1/4 inch in size)or a properly stored <br /> used tire in conformance with 30 PRC, Section 42806.5—Used Tire Definition. <br /> b. The waste tire storage shall be arranged as approved by the local fire authority and as detailed on the Plot Plan Key and Plot <br /> Plan on Pages 5 and 6 of this permit and described in the operation plan. <br /> c. The storage of waste tires indoors is limited to no more than five(5) feet in height as required by the City of Stockton Fire <br /> Department. <br /> Paee 2 of 6 <br />
