One obviously <br /> contaminated sample, D-1-6, was selected for analysis by EPA <br /> Methods 8240 and 8270. No Method 8240 constituents were <br /> detected. The Method 8270 constituents which were detected are <br /> shown on Table 2 . <br /> The analytical results of the samples taken confirm the contami— <br /> nation of soils in the southern portion of the impoundment with <br /> diesel and motor oil range petroleum hydrocarbons.
