1
'• 20 March 2001
AGE-NC Project No 98-0533
5 0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
' Based upon data collected from the site, AGE concludes
' a Depth to ground water at the site averaged approximately 71 feet bsg on 19 February 2001
• On 19 February 2001 the ground water elevation at the site averaged approximately 14 25
' feet below mean sea level and flowed toward the northeast under an average gradient of
0 003 ft/ft
' • TPH-ag was detected 1n ground water samples from MW-2, only toluene of the BTEX
compounds was detected in MW-1 and MW-2 Petroleum hydrocarbon products were not
detected in the sample from MW-3, located northeast of the former UST area The
I concentrations of analytes with established maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) in the
ground water samples fall within California drinking water standards
' 6.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected from the site, AGE recommends continued quarterly ground water
monitoring for one more quarter, at which time the site can be reevaluated for closure
1
7.0. LIMITATIONS
' Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based upon field
r measurements and analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the
geologzc/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a
limited number of available data points (i e ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may
vary away from these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
professional recommendations contained in this report
r
r
r
rAdvanced GcoEnviranmental,Inc
