Advanced <br /> • ��1_1,rtyFjT � _ i� <br /> • GeoEnvlronmental, Inc. <br /> 02 JAN 17 <br /> 14 January 2002 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 98-0533 <br /> Mr Sam Savig <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services - Environmental Health Division <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> Lodi Airport <br /> 23987 North Highway 99, Acampo, California 95220 <br /> Dear Mr Savig <br /> At the request of Mr Tom Kupka, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has conducted a <br /> sensitive receptor survey as part of the initial site characterization requirements under the California <br /> Code of Regulations - Tale 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2654 for the site located at 23987 <br /> North Highway 99, Acampo, California (the site) The objective of the work was to identify and <br /> locate sensitive receptors, including wells, potentially affected by the UST release, and to identify <br /> and locate potential vertical conduits The scope of work included review of State of California <br /> Department of Water Resources records, San Joaquin County Department of Health Services <br /> records, and conducting a visual area reconnaissance for municipal, domestic, irrigation or ground <br /> water monitoring wells within a 2,000-foot radius of the site and septic systems located on the site <br /> The location of the site, the immediately surrounding area and wells visually located is illustrated <br /> on Figure 1 Site structures are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> 10A \n&w <br /> On 25 May 2001,an AGE representative reviewed well drillers'reports at the California Department <br /> of Water Resources - Central District for water wells located in the surrounding area Driller's <br /> reports for 14 water wells located within a 2000-ft radius were found Copies of the well driller's <br /> reports are included in Appendix A, a summary of water wells located from the review of well <br /> driller's reports is included in Table 1, locations of the wells are depicted on Figure 1 <br /> S <br /> On 07 August 2001, an AGE representative conducted a search of the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health for records of septic systems or permits for wells located on <br /> the site property A copy of the San Joaquin Local Health District Permit is included in Appendix <br /> B, location of the septic tank is depicted on Figure 1 <br /> • <br /> 837 Shaw Road, Stockton, California 95215 <br /> Telephone (209)467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118 <br />
