The report summarized the past year's <br /> ground water monitoring data, which included data from January 1989 through <br /> January 1990. It also included the results of a pumping test conducted on 7 <br /> March 1990. Our comments on the report are included in the enclosed memorandum. <br /> We have listed eight concerns regarding the adequacy of the aquifer pumping test <br /> towards meeting the requirements of the TPCA HAR. Please address these concerns <br /> in writing by 15 July 1990. <br /> We have also enclosed an official copy of Monitoring and Reporting Program, Order <br /> No. 90-803, signed by our Executive Officer. The purpose of the order is to <br /> ensure prompt reporting of monitoring data. The monitoring program must be <br /> implemented, beginning with the third quarter of 1990 (July) . The first <br /> monitoring report under this order is due by 15 October 1990. <br /> Staff inspected the 0/LDC facility on 11 April 1990, during the latest quarterly <br /> sampling event and collected split samples from monitoring wells MW-1 , MW-2, MW-4 <br /> and MW-5 with Remediation Service, Inc. .
