The west side of the property is bounded by Cluff <br /> Avenue (one retail store and a vinyard are located on Cluff Avenue <br /> across from Overhead Door). Plant life nearby includes grape <br /> vines, and typical landscape, trees and shrubs. There is no <br /> apparent animal activity other than that which is typical within <br /> the bounds of a small city (dogs, cats and rodents) .
