Box 809046 <br /> Dallas, TX 75380-9046 <br /> LODI OVERHEAD DOOR CORPORATION, ANNUAL INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Enclosed for your records is a copy of the report of my 18 December 1989 <br /> inspection of your facility at 1220 East Victor Road in Lodi , California. The <br /> purpose of the inspection was to familiarize myself with the site and to observe <br /> the location of three new borings south of the surface impoundment. The <br /> inspection also fulfills the requirement of an annual inspection under the Toxic <br /> Pits Cleanup Act. <br /> Mr. Brian Pletcher from Remediation Services stated that a report containing <br /> data from these borings, as well as data from the 1 November 1989 borings in the <br /> sidewalls of the impoundment, is currently being reviewed.
