The
document was received December 19 , 1990.
Supporting documentation included analytical results
of
confirmation soil sampling, excavation information, approval
letters from DHS, landfill acceptance of excavated soil and
compaction and backfilling data. Although the soil analysis
results did not match the background numbers for every
quadrant sampled, the values were well within the range of the
s. As further proof that no risk is
original background sample
associated with the levels remaining, soluble tests were run
which demonstrated that the levels of nickel , zinc and
chromium were within the background or naturally occurring
levels. DHS concurred with this conclusion.
This letter shall serve as notification that Overhead
Door/Lodi Corporation is no longer a hazardous waste disposal
facility.
