Submittal of the <br /> Closure Report completes our services authorized under subcontract to Remediation <br /> ' Services, Inc. (RS) and approved by Overhead Door Corporation. <br /> BSK completed the abandonment of the six wells in general accordance with the Work Plan <br /> (Reference No. 3) reviewed and approved by the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division (SJPHS). <br /> The Closure Report presents the well abandonment methodology, sequence of activities, <br /> physical properties of grout mixes and chemical analysis data of the mix water and grout <br /> mixes. A copy of the Closure Report must be submitted to SJPHS (Attention: Mr. Michael <br /> ' J. Infurna, Jr.) and to the local Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) for <br /> review. <br /> The BSK project team for this work included F. Robert Greguras (driller), Halliburton <br /> Services personnel (jet grout subcontractor), a field supervisor and a project manager. <br /> ' We appreciate the opportunity to provide our services for RS and their client, Overhead <br /> Geotechnical Engineering•Engineering Geology•Environmental Services•Construction Inspection &Testing •Analytical Testing <br />
