-2- <br /> 5 . Section 66480 - Generator shall designate on the <br /> manifest a facility which is permitted to handled <br /> the waste. <br /> 6 . Section 66481 - All applicable sections of each <br /> manifest shall be accurately, completely and legibly <br /> filled out. <br /> 7 . Section 66484 (g) - Generator must submit an <br /> exception report to the Department if a copy of the <br /> manifest, signed by the facility operator is not <br /> received within 45 days. <br /> Chapter 6 . 5, Division 20 Health and Safety Code _�H & SC <br /> 8 . Section 25189 . 5 - Disposal of hazardous waste is <br /> prohibited at a site which does not have a permit <br /> from the Department. <br /> II. Violation No. 1 shall be corrected by: <br /> (a) submitting a Part A application to the Department by <br /> 1 July 1985. <br /> (b) By 8 November 1985 submitting either a complete <br /> closure plan for the pond or a Part B application. <br /> The facility must be in compliance with groundwater <br /> monitoring, financial assurance and exposure <br /> assessment requirements of Part B application by <br /> this date. <br /> Violation No. 2 shall be corrected by: <br /> Providing an analysis of all waste as defined in <br /> Section 66471 by 1 September 1985 . <br /> Violation No. 3 shall be corrected by: <br /> (a) Complying with training requirements as prescribed <br /> in Section 67105 CAC by 1 September 1985 . <br /> (b) Complying with all requirements of 22 CAC Article 19 <br /> by 1 October 1985 . <br /> (c) Complying with all requirements of 22 CAC Article 20 <br /> by 1 October 1985. <br />
