Part 262.11 - Renfroe Flying Service has failed to make a hazardous <br /> waste determination for all wastes. <br /> 7. Part 262.12 - Renfroe Flying Service failed to apply for and obtain <br /> an EPA identification. number. <br /> 8. Part 265.16 - Renfroe Flying Service has failed to implement and <br /> maintain a personnel training program for hazardous waste management. <br /> 9. Part 265, Subpart C - Renfroe Flying Service has failed to develop <br /> and implement appropriate prevention and preparedness procedures. <br /> 10. Part 265, Subpart D - Renfroe Flying Service has failed to develop <br /> and implement a contingency plan and emergency procedures. <br /> II. Schedule for Correction <br /> - 1 . Violation. No. 1 shall be corrected by properly disposing of hazardous <br /> • wastes as required by the Hazardous Waste Control Act immediately. <br /> 2. Violation. Nos. 2, 3, and 4 shall be corrected by either applying for <br /> a hazardous waste facility permit by 20 December 1984 or ceasing all <br /> activities requiring such a permit immediately. <br /> 3. Violation Nos. 5 and 6 shall be corrected by preparing and <br /> implementing a waste analysis plan by 15 January 1985. Such plan <br /> shall be submitted to the Department for approval by 30 December <br /> 1984. <br /> 4. Violation. No. 7 shall be corrected by applying for an EPA <br /> identification number by 10 December 1984. <br /> 5. Violation. Nos. 8, 9, and 10 shall be corrected by preparing the <br /> required personnel training program, prevention and preparedness <br /> procedures, and contingency plan and emergency procedures by 15 <br /> February 1984. <br /> The Department will schedule a reinspection of Renfroe Flying Service <br /> immediately following the expiration of the dates provided above. <br />
