Report completed on April 27, 2011. Checklist left on site at time of <br />inspection. <br />- The monthly treatment volume for March 2011 was 766,822 gallons. The discharge and treatment volumes are the <br />same. The facility discharges to the sewer system all waste water that is treated on site. <br />- Seismic restraints have been installed on the 3000 gallon sodium hydroxide storage tank.
