5eistnic/Anchoring: <br /> Tank anchorage is specifically designed for linear and crosslinked polyethylene tanks, and <br /> consists of bolts or metal clips amchomd to the concrete foundation pad,with cables running <br /> between the clip and hold downs on the top of the tank. These are desigmed by a civil/structural <br /> engineering fpm., and are purchased from the tank manufacturer, Snyder Industries or Poly <br /> Processing Co. The system for the wastewater cone bottom tank is shown in the attached signed <br /> and stamped drawings. <br /> Seismic/Anchoring findings: The tanks as designed and operated,and the containment areas in which <br /> they are located,are adequately anchored and are seismically sound. <br /> Initials:,, <br /> 0 <br /> Leak Test: <br /> A leak test was conducted by filling the tanks with wastewater and inspecting for leaks.
