EXISTING <br /> Section Three: Residential Land Usage - 3.1 Introduction <br /> The Cassano Kamilos Homes at College Park project area includes both Medium- Density Residential <br /> (R-M) and Medium-High Density Residential (R-MH) uses. There are to be 99 primary R-M dwelling <br /> units within the proiect area, and 130 primary R-MH units. (See Figure 2.2, Zoning.) The intent of <br /> this project is to visually integrate the R-M and R-MH components to create a rich and varied <br /> tapestryof housing types, home sizes, floor plans and architectural styles. <br /> The setback and structure standards set forth in this Special Purpose Plan override and supersede <br /> standards adopted as part of previous plans, including those contained in Table 9-310.3MCP of the <br /> MomltainHouse Development Title,as provided forin footnote 2 of that table. <br /> PROPOSED <br /> Section Three: Residential Land Usage - 3.1 Introduction <br /> T he Cassano Kamilos Homes at College Park project area includes both Medium- Density Residential <br /> (R-N1) and Medium-High Density Residential (R-MH) uses.
