EXISTING <br /> Section Five: Setbacks and Structure Standards — 5.2 Setbacks from Property Lines <br /> 1. There is no minimum setback required from the property line of the lot containing <br /> residential units in this project. See section 5.3, 5.4 and 5.5 for setbacks to public <br /> rights-of-way,other buildings, and the. <br /> 2. Lots shall encompass the entirety of the subject residential unit. <br /> 3. Accessory structures not considered part of the livable area of a residential unit, <br /> such as (but not limited to) covered porches, balconies, bay windows, eaves, <br /> media niches, chimneys or other projections from the main building may occur <br /> outside the lot so long as they are in a private use easement. <br /> 4.
