1' ILACIONSirINC. SACRAMENTO 2.0 SITE DESCRIPTION The site is currently occupied by a single-story office and warehouse bhilding. The exact construction date of the building is unknown; however, buildin ;.perrnits on file at the City of Tracy Building Department indicate the building was constructed:in the late 1970s to early 1980s with minor modifications made throughout the 1980s. :`The front portion of the building contains office and support areas while the rear of!the building houses a garage, a storage room, and a warehouse. The garage area, located on the west side of the rear portion of,the'buildin , g consists of painted plywood wall partitions and painted sheetrock walls to'a height of eight feet. A metal roll-up door and a metal walk-through door, which'-both exit into the parking lot, are located on the west side of theara e. g g The storage room, located on the east side of the rear portion of the building, was reportedly previously used as a clean room during circuit board manufacturing operations. It is likely that the fume hoods and piping were used during th;e circuit board operations. The warehouse, located at the north side- of the building, consists ofp ainted F: plywood and painted sheetrock walls, extending to a height of eight feet. The)flooring is both concrete and epoxy-coated concrete. Three metal roll-up doors and three kmetal walk-through doors are located on each exit wall. Hazardous operations signs appear d outside a small self-contained room near the east wall. The interior of the:small-room contains wooden shelves and disconnected piping. A concrete-bermed area is located in i the warehouse near the east wall and east of the small room. These berms' occur around transformers and other electrical equipment. , An asphalt-paved parking area, which is landscaped with trees and shrubs,.is located on the west side of the building.
