Code of Regs. , Sections 66508 (a) (1) <br /> and 67243 (a) . <br /> On or about November 15, 1989, USC stored hazardous <br /> wastes in a container that was open when the waste <br /> was not being added or being removed. <br /> USC stored one open 55-gallon drum containing a <br /> hazardous waste solution with a pH greater than 12 . 5. <br /> 4 . Title 22 , Cal. Code of Regs. , Sections 66508 <br /> (a) (2) (3) and (c) (1) (2) (3) . <br /> On or about November 15, 1989, USC failed to properly <br /> label a hazardous waste drum with an accumulation <br /> date, hazardous properties, composition and physical <br /> state, and the generator' s name and address. <br /> USC maintained one open 55-gallon drum of hazardous <br /> waste on the north side of the facility that was <br /> observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> The issuance of this Report of Violation does not preclude the <br /> Department from taking administrative, civil, or criminal <br /> action as a result of the violations noted herein. <br /> If you have any question regarding this report, please contact <br /> Mr. Alan K.
