At that time you informed her: <br /> 1 . That you had supplied us with a complete list. of chemicals .(used at <br /> Beaver Chemical) on the Industrial Waste Survey you returned to us <br /> in 1980; and <br /> 2. That you had lost your files and needed copies of the survey forms <br /> and previous DOHS sample analyses. <br /> Enclosed for your information are copies of both 1980 surveys to which you <br /> responded. As you can see, the chemical listing is not included on either <br /> form. <br /> California Administrative Code, Title 22, Division 4, Chapter 30, Article 3; <br /> provides the Department with authority to "gather evidence on existing con- <br /> ditions or proceedures" relating to waste storage, disposal and processing. <br /> We therefore request you to send us a list of all chemicals used at your <br /> site, no later than September 7, 1982• <br /> Additionally, your attention is directed to Sections 25188, 25189, and <br /> 25191 of the Hazardous Waste Control Law, which provide for civil and crimi- <br /> nal penalties of up to $25,000 per day per violation for failure to comply_ <br /> with the Hazardous Waste Control Law or regulations. Copies of the Law and <br /> regulations are enclosed for your convenience. <br /> Copies of the previous lab analyses are being sent from our laboratory in <br /> Berkeley and will arrive under separate cover. <br /> Also enclosed for your files are: <br /> 1 . A receipt for samples obtained from Beaver Chemical ; and <br /> 2. A copy of the inspection report submitted by Ms. Henley. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter please call Judith Henley <br />
