JUL 15 1992 <br /> Well PermitIMENTALH <br /> USC/A Division of Hydrite Chemical Company RVICES <br /> 1448 Shaw Road, Stockton, California <br /> Harding Lawson Associates (HLA) has been authorized to install one additional groundwater <br /> monitoring well at the above-referenced site. The monitoring well will be drilled and installed <br /> on the Shaw Road right-of-way approximately, 2 to 4 feet off the pavement (Plate 1). This <br /> well will be constructed as described in HLA's "Proposed Work Plan Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Program, USC Facility, 1448 Shaw Road Stockton, California" dated October 26, 1990, and <br /> HLA's Work Plan Addendum submitted for approval to James Brathovde of the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (attached). A typical well <br /> construction detail is presented on Plate 2. Encroachments permits have been submitted to the <br /> County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works for processing. After the encroachment <br /> permit is approved one copy will be forwarded to your office. <br /> It is expected that this well boring will be drilled within 50 feet of a sewer line.
