However, since the manager is mixing the used paper oil filters, used metal oil filters, and soiled rags into <br /> one container,the facility should be using a hazardous waste label sticker. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon container with used oil observed with the words"hazardous waste""used oil"but no <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -One red 55 gallon container with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label sticker. <br /> -One white 55 gallon container with used antifreeze observed with the words"hazardous waste"and waste Antifreeze" <br /> but no accumulation start date, Physical properties, no physical state, and no generator name and address were on <br /> the label. Found near the hazardous waste storage area. <br /> -One yellow approximately 10 gallon mobile oil collector observed with no label with the words"used oil,""hazardous <br /> waste"or accumulation start date. Found near the Hazardous waste storage area. <br /> -One white 1 gallon used oil pump observed with no label with the words"used oil,""hazardous waste"or <br /> accumulation start date. Found in the back of the shop. <br /> -One Red approximately 30 gallon mobile used oil collector observed with no label with the words"used oil," <br /> "hazardous waste"or accumulation start date. Found in the back of the shop. <br /> Note: The manager stated that he does not recycle used metal oil filters, he treats all oil filters as hazardous waste. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Containers with used oil need a label with the following: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -the words"used oil' <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information.
