As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. <br /> Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to <br /> the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25507 Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for <br /> materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and <br /> pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, <br /> enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br /> The Business Activities and Business Owner/Operator Identification forms have not been submitted. This <br /> information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> Greater than 1,200 cubic feet of carbon dioxide contained in one bulk container (actual volume was not available) <br /> and one 50 pound cylinder was found on site that has not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the <br /> reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan.
