Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall stake leach lines and property line to <br /> determine compliance with the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. This shall be <br /> completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment.
