Our tank assessment follows the guidelines
presented in the California Code of Regulations,Chapter 15,Article 10,Section 66265.192 as well as the
interpretation guidance presented in the California CUPA Forum.
As part of our tank assessment, the following tanks were inspected:
Tank# Description
T1 Rust Inhibitor Bath
T2 Heavy Metal Clarifier
T3 Filter Press
Please reference the attached Tank Layout for the locations of the tanks that were inspected. As part of our tank
assessment,a visual observation of the abovementioned tanks was completed. This observation included
inspecting the welds for cracks or breaks, inspecting the tank for scrapes, and looking for signs of corrosion.
Both the exterior and the interior(where visible) of the tanks were inspected and any structural deficiencies
are noted in the included Tank Assessment Checklist.
Our tank assessment did not include a leak test or other tank system integrity test. During our visual
observation the Rust Inhibitor tank was full, and did not appear to be leaking. As the condition of tanks can
degrade over time,it is important to inspect the tanks on a daily basis to ensure that the tanks are not showing
any signs of leaking or excessive wear.
1300 INDUSTRIAL ROAD, SUITE 14,SAN CARLOS,CA 94070, (650)595-2973 FAX(650)595-2980
Email: lee@morriseng.com
