I <br /> personally inspected the interior of the tank and found it to be in <br /> structurally sound condition. The interior liner was flaking in three <br /> areas but there was no evidence of cracks in the tank. I do not <br /> believe there is any possibility of it leaking. <br /> The trench's connecting the Berm area or the inside tank area and <br /> outside was also checked. There was no visible cracks in the trench <br /> area, but the liner had flaked and eroded in a few areas requiring some <br /> repair.
