Based on the <br /> discussion, Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has agreed not to pursue <br /> corrective action at this time and therefore you do not have to respond to the draft <br /> Corrective Action Consent Agreement. <br /> During the conversation you informed that Sumiden Wire Products Corporation (Facility) <br /> is planning to close the permit by rule (PBR) units located at the above address. The <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is a certified unified <br /> program agency (CUPA) and will provide oversight for the proper closure of the PBR <br /> units at your Facility.
