Fremont, Stockton <br /> Your application for permit to install a new underground storage tank system at the above location <br /> has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the fire department and the California Air Resource Board for applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br /> submittals supercede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Both primary and secondary pipes shall bear a UL label. <br /> 4. All pipe fittings and connections shall bear a UL label. <br /> 5. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the LG113-16. <br /> 6. All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instruction, section 2635 and section <br /> 2636 of California Code of Regulations (CCR) <br /> 7. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR 2636(g). <br /> 8. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible/visual alarm. <br /> 9. All vapor recovery risers shall be equipped with a ball float valve set at 90 % for overfill <br /> protection and all tanks shall have an automatic tank gauge which will alert the transfer operator <br /> when the tank is filled to no more than 95% capacity. <br /> 10. A holiday test is to be performed prior to installation per the permit application. <br /> 11. See blue print plans for any additional changes. <br /> 12. Submit employee training certification from the manufacture of the tank and piping prior to <br /> commencing installation. <br /> 13. If any changes are made, an accurate and drawn-to scale-as-built plan must be submitted to <br /> EHD prior to scheduling a final inspection. <br /> 14. Contact Michelle Sterni Le, REHS for inspections. See inspection checklist for the required <br /> inspections. All appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 15.
