Fremont Street, Stockton
The permit application to install an underground storage tank system at the above
referenced location has been received. The following items must be submitted and
deficiencies/discrepancies must be corrected prior to approval:
1. Manufactures specification sheets were not submitted for the dispenser pan
sensors, sump sensors, annular sensor, automatic tank gauging sensor or line leak
detectors.
2. Clarify if the diesel fill will be contained in a sump.
3. Please note that the flexible boot(sheet 4) for the underground to aboveground
vent line transition will not be used per Allen Thomas due to the issue of
secondary containment requiring monitoring.
4. Manufactures specification sheets were submitted for an external audible/visual
alarm however, the use and location of this alarm was not implicated on the
permit application or drawings. Please clarify.
5. Submit installation instructions for the tanks.
6. Submit a detailed monitoring and response plan.
7. Submit buoyancy calculations that have been approved by a professional engineer
or licensed architect.
Please remit these corrections to me.
