A copy of the SVVRBC flyer entitled "ACT NOVV'', <br /> explaining the responsibilities OfLIST owners and the deadlines by which you must comply, is <br /> enclosed with this letter. <br /> , This second notification is being sent through certified mail so you understand the importance <br /> of the January 1, 2005, deadline to submit the owner's compliance statement (described below) <br /> and identify the ICC certified Designated UST Operator(s)* for all of your underground storage <br /> L located within San Joaquin County. <br /> The owner's compliance statement mentioned above is required pursuant to California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 23. section 2715 /a\which reads: <br /> By January 1, 2005' owners of underground storage tank systems shall <br /> submit a signed statement to the local agency indicating that the owner <br /> understands and is in compliance with all applicable underground storage <br /> tank requirements, and identifying the designated UST operator(s) for each <br /> facility owned.
