This <br /> description may be consistent in its degree of specificity with descriptions for similar positions in the <br /> same company location or bargaining unit, but shall include the requisite skill, education, or other <br /> qualifications, and duties of facility personnel assigned to each position; <br /> (3) a written description of the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training that will be <br /> given to each person filling a position listed under subsection (d)(1) of this section; <br /> (4) records that document that the training or job experience required under subsections (a), (b), (c), of <br /> this section has been given to, and completed by, facility personnel. <br /> (e) Training records on current personnel shall be kept until closure of the facility. Training records on <br /> former employees shall be kept for at least three years from the date the employee last worked at the <br /> facility. Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. <br /> Correct immediately by keeping a copy of the training records at this facility and submitting a copy to the <br /> EHD. <br /> 122, 123, & 124. Manifest number 008814527JJK was found without a signed off copy from the <br /> destination facility. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the <br /> destination facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review. If the generator did <br /> not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the facility <br /> to which the generator's waste was submitted within 35 days of the date the waste was accepted by the <br /> initial transporter, the generator shall contact the transporter and/or the owner or operator of the <br /> designated facility to determine the status of the waste. If the generator did not receive a copy of the <br /> signed off copy of the manifest within 45 days of the date that the waste was accepted by the initial <br /> transporter, the generator shall submit an Exception Report that includes a legible copy of the missing <br /> manifest, and a cover letter signed by the generator explaining the efforts to locate the hazardous waste <br /> and the results of those efforts. Exception reports shall be submitted to: <br /> DTSC Report Repository <br /> Generator Information Services Section <br /> P.O.
