The initial date of waste accumulation shall be clearly marked and visible for <br /> inspection on each container used for satellite accumulation of hazardous waste.Andrew Roa, Manager, provided <br /> the most recent consolidated manifesting receipts for the pick up of the used drained oil filter, paper filter, and waste <br /> antifreeze drums dated 6/25/18.Andrew marked the start date on the used drained oil filter, paper filter,and waste <br /> antifreeze drums as 6/25/18. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 8/17/18, 30 days from now. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
