The failure of the complaint to state a cause of action. <br />MEET AND CONFER <br />The plaintiff conducted an inspection of the defendants' business locations on November 1, <br />1999, and found at 1304 East Hammer Lane four (4) cylinders allegedly containing somewhere <br />between 150 and 200 pounds of Carbon Dioxide (three allegedly full fifty -pound tanks and one fifty - <br />pound tank that contained an unknown quantity of Carbon Dioxide.
