It apparently crossed in the <br />mail with my prior letter to you. <br />We would appreciate your immediate attention to the following: <br />1. A written explanation of why we have received no response to our prior <br />correspondence to Mr. Fields. <br />2. A written response to those questions set forth in my prior correspondence both to <br />you and to Mr. Fields. In the event that you did not personally receive those prior correspondence <br />(for which we have a signed receipt), all three letters are enclosed for your convenience. <br />If we receive no meaningful response addressing all issues, we will assume that you have <br />reconsidered your request for corrective action and have withdrawn it. <br />I have calendared this matter for August 7th for receipt of your response. Please fax your <br />complete response to the fax number above. <br />In no event are you to make further contact with Mr. Badway or his employees in <br />connection with the matters raised in your July 27th letter or any prior letters. <br />
