My <br />client has the actual invoices, but for convenience rake <br />has placed tl^.em on the enclosed "spreadsheet". If you <br />require additional information or would like to verify the <br />information on the spreadsheet, please contact my office <br />and I will see to it that the invoices are copied. <br />As the spreadsheet sets forth, my client has used <br />under thirty (30) pounds of CO2 per week based on the <br />amounts ordered from Air Gas over the subject period of <br />time. I am informed that the pizza reetaurarts actually <br />use less because it was seldom that a tank would ga empty <br />before it was taken off line. Invoices also show that each <br />time the driver delivers a tank, he also takes an empty <br />tank of equal size (an example is enclosed for your <br />reference). <br />
